My Story
I am an ordained pastor in the United Methodist Church and my journey was a difficult one. I grew up in Southwestern PA and my family of origin was not a healthy environment, but I survived.
When I started my ministry journey, I knew I wanted to help people who felt invisible, ignored, and hurting. I believe faith is supposed to heal the wounds of a broken world.
If you feel like one of the freaks, forgotten, and too far gone, you are my people. I hope you may be able to move from trauma to triumph.

My Book

Scripture says a lot about suffering. Too often we are told things such as "Everything happens for a reason" or "suffering shows us how strong we are." What if the answers are not as easy as that?
Chad Bogdewic uses exegesis, theology, and his own experiences to write these ten devotions in a search for what our faith says complex trauma. What you experienced was not your fault and hopefully this short book can help you heal.
